Licensing

Prior to licensing Mail Markup Office a Trial Notification dialog () appears when Mail Markup Office is opened and the following limitations are imposed:

•	A watermark appears on all printed output.

•	Header and footer text appears on all printed output.

•	Processed documents cannot be output to PDF.

To prevent the Trial Notification dialog appearing and to remove limitations, a licence must be purchased then a licence key requested and applied to Mail Markup Office.

All licensing options are available in the License dialog (Fig. 15).

To open the Licence dialog, perform one of the following actions:

•	In the Trial Notification dialog click the Licence Mail Markup button.

•	In the Mail Markup Office interface (Fig. 3) click the License button.

Purchasing a Licence

If the PC where Mail Markup Office is installed has an Internet connection, a licence can be purchased by performing the following actions:

1.	Open the License dialog (Fig. 15).

2.	Click the Get Licence button.

3.	In the Mail Markup page that opens in your Internet browser click the Buy Now button.

4.	Follow the instructions provided on subsequent pages.

If the PC where Mail Markup Office is installed does not have an Internet connection, a licence can be purchased by accessing the following URL using a PC that does:

funasset.com/products/get_mail_markup_licence.asp?pid=64

When a licence has been purchased, a licence key can be created.

Creating a Licence Key

If the PC where Mail Markup Office is installed has an Internet connection, a licence key can be created by performing the following actions:

1.	Open the License dialog (Fig. 15).

2.	Click the Get Licence button.

3.	In the Mail Markup page that opens in your Internet browser click the Create Licence Key button.

4.	Follow the instructions provided on subsequent pages.

If the PC where Mail Markup Office is installed does not have an Internet connection, a licence key can be created by accessing the following URL using a PC that does (login required):

funasset.com/user_account/create_mail_markup_licence_key.asp?id=33

When a licence key has been created it can be applied to Mail Markup Office.

Applying a Licence Key

To apply a licence key to Mail Markup Office, perform the following actions:

1.	Open the License dialog (Fig. 15).

2.	In the Licence Key edit box paste or type the licence key.

3.	Click the OK button.

4.	If the licence key is valid the License dialog is closed and a Notification dialog (Fig. 13) appears informing you that Mail Markup Office must be closed for the licence key to take affect. Click the OK button to do this.

Invalid or Expired Licence Keys

If your licence key is invalid or has expired please submit a support ticket.
