With Mail Markup Pro installed, the following sequence of operations is typically performed:
1. The Mail Markup Pro interface is used to create and configure a Task that provides instruction about how to process PDF documents containing one or more mail pieces.
2. A PDF document is placed in the input folder associated with the Task.
3. When the Mail Markup Pro service detects the PDF document processes associated with the Task are performed on the mail piece(s) it contains either immediately or at a specified release time. Processes include: mail piece detection (if the PDF document contains multiple mail pieces), document insertion (optional), and OMR mark insertion.
4. Mail pieces are output on the printer associated with the Task, or written to file.
6. Alternatively, the Mail Markup Pro command line can be called by your own applications to instruct the Mail Markup Pro service how to process a specified PDF document.
