Service Overview

Once installed, Mail Markup Pro runs as a Windows service. This enables its functionality to be used even when the PC or server it is installed on is not logged on to Windows.

NOTE:

By default, the Mail Markup Pro service is automatically started on Windows start-up.

Starting and Stopping

To start and stop the Mail Markup Pro service, perform the following actions:

1.	Launch the Mail Markup Pro interface as an administrator or while logged on to Windows as an administrator.

2.	Open the Tasks tab (Fig. 20).

3.	In the Service panel click the Started – Click to Stop button (Fig. 2) if the service is started, or the Stopped – Click to Start button (Fig. 3) if the service is stopped.
