Adding

Outputs cannot be added using the Mail Markup Pro interface. Instead a printer driver must be added to Windows.

NOTE:

After adding a printer driver to Windows, it will not appear on the Outputs tab (Fig. 31) until the Mail Markup Pro interface is closed then launched again.
