Placing PDF Documents in Input Folders

If the command line is not being used, PDF documents that need to be processed by Mail Markup Pro must be placed in an input folder associated with a suitable Task. This can be performed manually or by an application.

Manually

To manually place one or more PDF documents in an input folder, perform the following actions:

1.	Use a file management application such as Windows Explorer to locate the PDF document(s).

2.	Copy the PDF document(s) to the Windows Clipboard.

3.	Navigate to the required input folder.

4.	Paste the PDF document(s) in the input folder.

Other methods such as dragging and dropping can also be used for placing PDF documents in an input folder

Using an Application

Applications that can save PDF documents can do so directly into an input folder.
