Error Recovery

PDF documents that fail to be output by Mail Markup Pro are placed in an error recovery folder so they can be output again when the associated problem is resolved.

Reasons for output failure can include the following:

•	The service has stopped.

•	The output is to file and writing to the specified hard drive fails. Note: If the error recovery folder is located on the same hard drive or volume as the intended output location, the recovered PDF document may also fail to write.

•	The output is a printer and it fails to print.

Location

The default location of the error recovery folder is:

C:\Mail Markup Pro\Errors

Changing

To change the location of the error recovery folder, perform the following actions:

1.	Open the System status tab (Fig. 33).

2.	In the system Settings tab click the Browse for Folder button (…) located to the right of the Error Recovery Folder edit box.

3.	In the Browse dialog (Fig. 15) locate then select the folder to be used as the error recovery folder. Alternatively, create a new folder then select it.

4.	Click the OK button.

The path and name of the selected folder now appears in the Error Recovery Folder edit box.
