Viewing the Status
To view the status of a Task, perform the following actions:
1.
Open the interface (Fig. 6).
2.
Select the Task.
3.
Click the Task Status button (Fig. 22) to open the Task Status page (Fig. 23).

Performing a Health Check
A health check displays information about the various components of a Task such as documents processed and the number of processing errors encountered. The ability to start and stop each component and clear errors and files processed totals is also provided.
To perform a health check, click the Health Check button on the Task Status page (Fig. 23). The following Task components now appear:
To hide health check information, click the Task Summary button.
Starting and Stopping Components
To start or stop a component of a Task, click the associated Start or Stop button in the health check area of the Task Status page (Fig. 23).
Clearing Errors and Files Processed Totals
To clear errors and file processed totals for a component of a Task, click the associated Clear button in the health check area of the Task Status page (Fig. 23).
