Tasks : Using Triggers

Using Triggers
Triggers are a way to prevent the Service immediately processing documents in a Watched Folder. This means documents can be accumulated until a certain Trigger allows them to be output.
EXAMPLE:
Documents could be printed at a specific time on a specific day.
The advantage of using a Trigger is that all documents can be batched and sorted together (as opposed to being sorted in the batches they arrive in the Watched Folder), or printing can be performed during quiet periods or when a specified volume has accumulated.
Triggers are determined by a Task’s Trigger configuration option.
