Configuration Options

The following Batch Job configuration options appear on the Batch Jobs page (Fig. 24):

Sort By	Determines the order in which documents contained in a Batch Job are output. Select an option from the list box. The Selection option uses the order in which the documents in the Batch Job are currently listed. *NOTE:

Indicates the default value.

^CAUTION:

Selecting the Delete Documents configuration option permanently deletes all documents from their source location following output. To avoid losing documents ensure other copies are stored elsewhere.

†NOTE:

A SilentPrint3 Alert appears after selecting the Delete Documents and Delete Batch Job configuration options. Click the OK button to close the alert.
