Performing Actions on Documents
When adding or editing a Batch Job, the following actions can be performed on documents:
Adding
To add one or more documents to a Batch Job being added or edited, perform the following actions on the Batch Jobs page (Fig. 24):

Deleting
To delete a document from a Batch Job being added or edited, click the Delete button (Fig. 25) next to the document on the Batch Jobs page (Fig. 24).

CAUTION:
No confirmation of this action is presented and the document is immediately deleted from the Batch Job (but not the source location).
Manually Specifying the Order of Output
When adding or editing a Batch Job, the Sort By configuration option sorts the documents in the Batch Job in a predetermined way. However, if a bespoke order is required, documents can be ordered manually on the Batch Jobs page (Fig. 24).
Click the Up button (Fig. 26) next to a document to move the document up in the list.

Click the Down button (Fig. 27) next to a document to move the document down in the list.

NOTE:
The order of documents in a Batch Job overrides the associated Task’s Sort By configuration option.
