When adding or
editing a Batch Job, the following actions can be performed on documents:
To delete a document from a Batch Job being added or
edited, click the Delete button (
Fig. 25) next to the document on the Batch Jobs page (
Fig. 24).
When adding or
editing a Batch Job, the
Sort By configuration option sorts the documents in the Batch Job in a predetermined way. However, if a bespoke order is required, documents can be ordered manually on the Batch Jobs page (
Fig. 24).
Click the Up button (Fig. 26) next to a document to move the document up in the list.
Click the Down button (Fig. 27) next to a document to move the document down in the list.
