Specifying Documents

The file names of documents listed in a Job File may be optionally quoted with double quotes and network file names referred to either via a UNC path or a mapped drive letter.

EXAMPLE:

All of the following entries are valid in a Job file:

\\server1\NTDATA\CCFLIST.DOC

C:\Files To Print\Book1.xls

"H:\Shared doc files\pdf\customer0974.pdf"

\\Server4\Accounts\quarter01_2003.xls
