Log Files : Overview

Overview
XML-based Log Files record much of the processing performed by the Client and Service. They predominantly help Funasset support staff and developers resolve issues.
The Preferences page (Fig. 8) of the interface (Fig. 6) provides options to configure Log File tracing levels, and the Logs page (Fig. 28) enables Task Log Files and Client Log Files to be saved so they can be presented to Funasset.

NOTE:
When presenting Log Files to Funasset, they must be added to a zip file then attached to a support ticket.
