Configuring Tracing Levels Log File tracing levels determine how much information is written to Log Files. Changing these levels can significantly increase or decrease the amount of information written to a Log File. To change Log File tracing levels for Tasks and the Client, perform the following actions: 1. Open the interface (Fig. 6). 2. Click the Preferences menu option to open the Preferences page (Fig. 8). 3. Click the Interface list box or Tasks list box then click an option to select it. Alternatively, to configure the tracing level for the Client, perform the following actions: 1. Click the Services Settings option in the Tray Menu (Fig. 4) to open the Service Settings dialog (Fig. 10). 2. Click the Client Tracing Level list box then click an option. 3. Click the Save button to save the change and close the Service Settings dialog. NOTE: Normally the default options for Interface (Error Only) and Tasks (Error) are sufficient for Funasset support staff and developers to resolve an issue.
