Licence Does Not Work After Converting from a Physical to a Virtual Server

If you intend to convert a physical server to a virtual server, the following actions must be performed to ensure SilentPrint3 remains licensed.

Before converting to a virtual server deactivate the licence in the Client.

If the physical server has already been converted to a virtual server, perform the following actions:

1.	Login to your user account on funasset.com.

2.	Open the Licence History page.

3.	Locate the activated SilentPrint3 licence associated with the old physical server.

4.	Click the associated Manage link.

5.	Click the Deactivate button.

6.	On the Confirmation page, click the Yes button to confirm the deactivation.

7.	Deactivate the licence in the Client.

Following deactivation of the SilentPrint3 licence, perform the following actions:

1.	Activate the licence in the Client.

2.	Exit the Client.

3.	Launch the Client.
