Providing Connectivity and Communication Solutions Since 1986

Funasset Limited is a UK-based software development company specialising in communication solutions used worldwide by organisations such as Xerox, Civica, the NHS, and local government.

Founded in 1986 by the late Tom Neave, the company was originally located in Ilminster near Taunton, where it developed connectivity hardware and software that bridged the gap between incompatible mainframes and printers.

For many organisations, Funasset’s technology was the only viable way to connect essential hardware, enabling seamless integration without replacing trusted mainframe or server systems. This capability established Funasset as a key supplier to major industry names including Xerox, IBM, and Fujitsu.

In 2010, Funasset expanded into the emerging field of hybrid mail, delivering its first solution - commissioned by UK Mail and launched as iMail. Since then, the company’s offerings have evolved far beyond print-and-post systems. Today, Funasset provides comprehensive digital and physical communication platforms designed to streamline, modernise, and unify the way organisations manage their outbound communications.
