Many software products available for purchase on the Funasset website are downloadable, and try-before-you-buy. We offer trial software products to let you fully evaluate them before you make a purchase decision.
Please use a trial software product to make sure it meets your needs before you purchase a licence. Our trial software products are fully-functional and our support staff are available to assist you with installation and configuration via our support ticket system (requires a Funasset user account). We strongly recommend all customers download, install, and test the trial software products prior to making a purchase.
When you purchase one of our software products, and after your payment has cleared, you will receive your licence key(s) or you will be provided with instructions about how to create your own. As such, refunds will only be given within 30-days of payment and if evidence is provided that your licensed software product has been deregistered (i.e. the licence has been removed). Instructions about how to deregister are normally provided in the Help or user guide of the software product.
In circumstances where deregistration cannot be performed or a deregistration facility is unavailable with your software product, refunds will be issued at Funasset's discretion. Under these circumstances you will need to provide Funasset with a signed letter (on your company letterhead) stating your order number, date of purchase and a statement declaring the software product has been uninstalled, and the licence associated with it is no longer in use and will never be used again.
NOTE: This refund policy only applies to software products purchased from the Funasset website. Software and hardware products purchased using any other method are subject to the terms & conditions supplied with those products.
