Automatically Convert Documents to PDF

If you regularly convert documents to PDF you will appreciate how time consuming and frustrating it is having to load each one into its respective application before repeatedly having to hit the create PDF or print button to convert the documents. SilentPrint, Funasset’s batch printing software, can be quickly and easily configured to automatically convert a wide range of documents to PDF without the repetition normally associated with this process. As long as you have the Adobe PDFWriter or Adobe PDF printer driver installed, SilentPrint can be used to convert your documents to PDF in the following manner…

• Associate a folder (known as a Watched folder) with the PDFWriter printer driver.
• Copy or cut the documents that need to be converted to PDF or list them within a text file (known as a Job file).
• Paste the documents or Job file within the Watched folder.
• Each document is automatically converted to PDF using the configuration settings of the PDFWriter printer driver.

Any number of documents can be converted to PDF and each one is processed “silently” – all you see is the SilentPrint icon in your Windows Taskbar Tray!
