There was considerable interest at the conference from AXiS and Fujitsu delegates about the new TCP/IP features available to OVMEV5.

IDS explained to users of Funasset’s SpoolQ output management and distribution software that their existing Funasset OSLAN connectivity solution could be replaced by a direct TCP/IP connection also provided by Funasset. By integrating the new solution, OSLAN could be removed from the VME network and as a result data routing would become far easier and more flexible.

IDS also showcased Funasset’s MailSort On Demand software that enables users to save up to 36% on their bulk mail postage costs, together with SilentPrint that provides automated batch printing and PDF creation.
