The launch of the Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) e-Toolkit at the e-Pay for Efficiency exhibition was declared a great success by all IDS staff who attended. The event, held on Tuesday 16 November 2004 at The Conference Centre, Westminster, London, attracted almost 100 local authority personnel, the majority of whom are directly involved in getting their organisations e-Government enabled.

Despite the exhibition being aimed at demystifying the complex world of e-Payments, the IDS e-toolkit was enthusiastically received. “The majority of organisations that exhibited were offering only e-Payment solutions,” claimed Mark Dowson, Senior Consultant for IDS. “Our e-Toolkit offered attendees the tools to solve a significant number of other e-Government related problems that local authorities are currently faced with.”
