Why Use Hybrid Mail?
Whether its council tax bills, parking fines, polling cards or general letters, the volume of mail produced and posted by Government departments, offices and local authorities is often significant. So much so, getting this mail prepared, printed, finished and delivered is a time consuming and costly process.
Our hybrid mail solution greatly reduces mailing overheads and eliminates many processes staff need to perform prior to posting mail. It does this by accumulating mail from your entire organisation, validating recipient addresses, adding inserts (such as leaflets), sorting and combining, and applying finishing and mail marks. Printing, folding and inserting is performed in-house or by using a secure and certified third-party provider such as a Xerox Service Delivery Center.
