Problem

All supported documents could be processed using the SilentPrint trial. Now SilentPrint is licensed, certain document types are ignored and are no longer processed.

Solution

There are a number of Silentprint versions, each of which process different supported documents. It is likely the wrong version of SilentPrint has been purchased and an upgrade will be required.
