The 2013 APCOM event is being held at Redworth Hall Hotel in Durham on the 24, 25 and 26 of September where Funasset will also be demonstrating their hybrid mail solution.
“Our hybrid mail system is the perfect cost cutting solution for local government,” states Mark Dowson, Managing Director of Funasset. “It enables an entire authority and shared service partners to route their mail to a bybrid mail server where processes such as sorting and address validation are performed. Mail is then sent to a printer and printed prior to being folded and inserted in an envelope. As a result, savings of up to 60% can be made and changes to existing mail composition processes, documents and data are not required.”
The conference supports The Printing Charity that helps people who currently work or previously worked in organisations that produce printed output. Funasset are donating an iPad for the awards dinner raffle, the proceeds of which will go to the charity.
Update
The 2013 APCOM Conference was declared a success by Mark Dowson, Managing Director of Funasset. Its hybrid mail solution received a great deal of interest and the iPad raffle prize donated by Funasset was won by a representative of Kirklees Council.
