Third-party folder sharing programs
Problem
A SilentPrint Watched folder is stored on a non-Windows platform (such as UNIX) and third party software is used to treat it as a Windows share. As a result, the sort order of files placed in the Watched folder is not as expected and/or SilentPrint is intermittent in detecting the files within.
Solution
SilentPrint has been developed to operate within a Windows environment.
Funasset do not endorse or support the use of third-party software to share folders within a non-Windows environment.
