Error: Licensing failed Code -5
Problem
The '-5' error is usually an indication that an anti virus product is installed and it is denying SilentPrint's licensing mechanism from accessing the c:\windows\system32 directory.
Solution
You need to make sure that this path is excluded in your AV software.
