If you use a proxy server to access the Internet
Problem
If your SilentPrint PC uses a proxy server in order to access the Internet you will need to edit a configuration file to force SilentPrint to use that proxy.
Solution
Stop the SilentPrint3 service then browse to the config.spc file in the root of C:\ProgramData\SilentPrint3. Open the file in Notepad and look for the line beginning 'proxy description'. Put the required proxy details in to the fields below that, between the '><' on each line. Save and close when done and start the service again.
